Il Giappone protagonista anche a Milano /Japón protagonista también en Milán

(Italia) Nel 2009 il Giappone è stato il protagonista indiscusso di molte iniziative culturali non solo in Messico, dove si sono celebrati i 400 anni di scambi culturali tra i due paesi, ma anche a Milano, dove sono state dedicate numerose attività alla scoperta della cultura millenaria del Sol Levante: mostre (di cui una proseguirà fino a marzo 2010), incontri, proiezioni, concerti e spettacoli. Tutte le iniziative hanno coinvolto un vasto pubblico e soddisfatto molte curiosità.

 Dal 24 febbraio al 2 giugno, Palazzo Reale, in collaborazione con la Fondazione Antonio Mazzotta, ha ospitato la mostra “Samurai”, la prima in Italia completamente dedicata al mondo alla storia, al mito dei samurai. Erano esposte armature, elmi e accessori della collezione Koelliker di Milano (una delle più importanti fuori dal Giappone), oltre a una serie di opere provenienti dalle Raccolte d’Arte Orientali del Castello Sforzesco, tra cui una bardatura da cavallo con armatura e maschera da guerra.

Tra le iniziative già concluse si ricorda la mostra “SHUNGA. Arte ed eros nel Giappone del periodo Edo”, iniziata il 21 ottobre 2009 e finita il 31 gennaio 2010, presso Palazzo Reale. I curatori sono stati il Museo delle Culture di Lugano e la Fondazione Antonio Mazzotta, naturalmente con il patrocinio del Comune di Milano.

Questa mostra è stato il fiore all’occhiello di tutte le manifestazioni sul Giappone, per le dimensioni (è la prima volta che viene dedicata un’intera mostra alle Shunga) e per la particolarità del tema. “Shunga” in giapponese significa “immagini della primavera”, sono quindi delle stampe a soggetto erotico, espressione della corrente artistica dell’ukiyo-e, che si è sviluppata in Giappone tra il XVII e il XX secolo e che raffigura paesaggi, soggetti teatrali e quartieri di piacere. A Milano, oltre alle 100 stampe, sono stati esposti trenta libri originali, pitture erotiche e dieci Kimono, che ci raccontano i valori della borghesia all’epoca dei Tokugawa (dal 1603 al 1867), quando Tokyio (battezzata tale solo nel 1869) si chiamava Edo. La particolarità della mostra, articolata in quattro sezioni, sta anche nel fatto che per anni queste stampe, che oggi hanno un importantissimo valore artistico, sono state tenute nascoste dal potere politico, ma collezionate di nascosto dagli occidentali. Tra gli autori più famosi di questo genere  e in mostra a Milano si ricordano: Harunobu, Utamaro, Hokusai.

  La mostra potrà essere visitata anche a Lugano, in Svizzera, in autunno.

Oltre alla mostra, il 14 gennaio 2010, sempre a Palazzo Reale, nella sala delle Otto Colonne, si è tenuta la “Giornata del Kimono”, durante la quale si è illustrato come si indossa il complicato indumento tradizionale giapponese.

 Inoltre dal 9 al  24 gennaio 2010 presso il cinema Gnomo di Milano si è svolta la rassegna di cinema erotico giapponese “Shunga movies”. Tra i registi dei film selezionati, dagli anni ’60 ai nostri giorni: N. Oshima, H. Teshigahara, S.Imamura.

Proseguirà, invece, fino all’8 marzo la mostra “Giappone. Potere e splendore. 1568-1868”, iniziata il 7 dicembre 2009, che raccoglie 100 delle opere più importanti dei musei giapponesi più prestigiosi e mai esposte in Italia, che contribuiscono a ricostruire due dei momenti storici più significativi del Giappone che hanno gettato le basi del mondo moderno: il periodo Momoyama (1568-1615) e il periodo Edo (1615-1868).

Tutte queste iniziative insieme ad altre dedicate a diversi paesi, dimostrano l’internazionalità della città di Milano e gettano le basi per la sua crescita artistica globale in vista della Expo 2015.

japon(Italia) En el 2009 Japón ha sido protagonista de muchas iniciativas culturales no sólo en México, donde se han celebrabado los 400 años de intercambios culturales entre los dos paises, sino también en Milán, que ha dedicado diversas actividades para descubrir la cultura milenaria del Sol Naciente: exposiciones (de las cuales una seguirá hasta marzo del 2010), encuentros, proyecciones, conciertos y espectáculos. Todas las iniciativas han involucrado a un vasto público y satisfecho muchas curiosidades.

 Desde el 24 de febrero hasta el 2 de junio, en el Palazzo Reale, en colaboración con la Fundación Antonio Mazzotta, tuvo lugar la exposición “Samurai”, la primera en Italia completamente dedicada al mundo, a la historia, al mito de los samurai. Se pudieron observar armaduras, yelmos y accesorios de la colección Koelliker de Milán (una de las más importantes fuera de Japón), junto a una serie de obras procedientes de las Raccolte d’Arte Orientali del Castello Sforzesco (Milán), entre ellas un aparejos con armadura y máscara de guerra.

 Entre los eventos que acaban de finalizar se recuerda la exposición “SHUNGA. Arte ed eros nel Giappone del periodo Edo” (SHUNGA. Arte y eros en el Japón de la época Edo), que empezó el 21 de octubre de 2009 y terminó el 31 de enero del 2010, en el Palazzo Reale. Los coordinadores fueron el Museo delle Culture di Lugano (Suiza) y la Fundación Antonio Mazzotta, con el patrocinio del Ayuntamiento de Milán. 

 Esta exposición ha sido la joya de la corona de todos los eventos sobre Japón, por su tamaño (es la primera vez que se dedica una exposición entera a las Shunga) y por el tema muy especial. Shunga en japonés significa “imágenes de la primavera”, entonces son grabados con sujeto erótico, expresión de la corriente artística del ukiyo-e, que se desarrolló en Japón entre el siglo XVII y el XX y que representa paisajes, sujetos teatrales y barrios de placer. En Milán, además de los 100 grabados, se expusieron también treinta libros originales, pinturas eróticas y diez Kimonos, que nos cuentan los valores de la burguesía en la época de los Tokugawa (desde el 1603 hasta el 1867), cuando Tokyio (así nombrada sólo en el 1869) se llamaba Edo. La particularidad de la exposición, formada por cuatro secciones, se debe al hecho de que por años el poder político japonés escondió estos grabados, que hoy tienen un enorme valor artístico y que en muchos casos han sido coleccionados por aficionados occidentales. Entre los autores más famosos de este género y presentes en la exposición en Milán se recuerdan: Harunobu, Utamaro, Hokusai. En otoño se podrá visitar la misma exposición en Lugano (Suiza) también.

Además de la exposición, el 14 de enero del 2010, en el Palazzo Reale, en la sala de las Otto Colonne (Ocho columnas), tuvo lugar la “Giornata del Kimono” (El día del kimono), durante la cual se realizó la demostración de cómo vestir el complicado traje típico japonés.

 Asimismo del 9 al 24 de enero del 2010 en el cine Gnomo de Milán se presentó el festival del cine erótico japonés “Shunga movies”. Entre los directores de las mejores películas seleccionadas, de los años Sesenta hasta hoy: N. Oshima, H. Teshigahara, S.Imamura.

Seguirá hasta el 8 de marzo la exposición “Giappone. Potere e splendore. 1568-1868” (Japón. Poder y esplendor. 1568-1868), que empezó el 7 de diciembre del 2009 y que cuenta con cien de las obras más importantes de los museos japoneses más prestigiosos, que nunca han sido exhibidas en Italia. Estas piezas contribuyen a reconstruir los dos momentos históricos más significativos de Japón que sentaron las bases del mundo moderno: la época Momoyama (1568-1615) y la época Edo (1615-1868).

 Todos estos eventos, junto a otros dedicados a más paises, demuestran la internacionalidad de la ciudad de Milán y sientan las bases para su crecimiento artístico global en vista de la Expo del 2015.
